Automated Probability
As we are aware about the automated probability feature in Odoo. In odoo 14 this feature is extended and it is now much more easy as it is customised.
You can also set expected revenue monthly, half year, 3 years etc. And on that basis the system will show you the probability accordingly.
Following is the screenshot of how you can configure recurring Plans.
So along with your one time expected revenue you can also add recurring revenue within a specific period.

Odoo has introduced a brand new activity view. Which allows user to access the quick access links ie. SMS, email etc..
Which will allow you to quickly send SMS and Emails from the list view itself.
